How It Works

Difficulty & Levels

Normal already covers open-threes, forcing-fours, and routine defense. Most players need some repetition before beating it consistently.

Controls

Gomoku uses standard alternating placement. The AI replies automatically at the chosen difficulty.

Opening around the center and key diagonals usually gives you more leverage than drifting to the edges too early.

Normal already reads open-threes, forcing-fours, and routine defense. It is no longer just a casual sparring bot.

Hard pushes double threats and forcing attacks more often, so one missed defensive move can end the game quickly.

If the AI has not replied yet, undo removes only your latest move. Otherwise it rewinds the full exchange.
